I a few months shy of my year mark and I went from 39K to 41K. Plus also from $1050 yearly bonus to $2050. That is the best raise I've ever received but don't if that is the norm for a large company. I do sales support and did have a very good review of my work.

5% raise? That is pretty good.. probably higher than the average right now. Our company has been in the 2-4% range.

that seems higher than normal, so good job!

Now if we were talking taking a promotion for that much - i wouldn't recommend it.

It's pretty good, your bonus also nearly doubled.

More than I've ever gotten... My raises have ranged from 0%-2.7%, over 6 years. Job hopping is a different story.

That is very good. In 30+ years of working Ive never had any more than 3.5% COL raise and most in the 2000s have been 2-2.5%.

Here too, the annual raises have not been over 3.5% the last 6 years, but luckily I have gotten promotions at 8% and 13%. You should be happy with your increase.

It's a little over 5%, so definitely not bad.

Excellent for a non-promotion raise. Congratulations!
