Pretty simple question.

How much time do have from when you pull in the driveway/open the door of your house/apartment to when you knock off for the night, on average?

I'm trying to increase this time for myself. Right now, it is about next to nothing.

I am home at about 4pm so it works out to 5.5 hours at home before bedtime.

I get up very early (4am) so I go to bed by 9:30 Sunday-Thursday. I have always done my best to have an early start time at work, to maximize evening time. In the early morning everyone else at home was asleep or in the shower anyway so I may as well be at work.

If I go straight home, six or seven hours. I rarely get to go straight home as life has a habit of getting in the way.

I get home between 6 - 6:30. In bed around 10 usually. So I have 3.5-4hrs. But most of it is nonstop crazy rush time up until 9:30. I usually have that last 30min to decompress.

I usually get home around 5pm, go to bed between 930 - 10 Sunday through Thursday. So...between 4.5 to 5 hours. Once I start school, three nights a week I will literally come home, shower, and hit the sack.

I get home around 5:20 and go to bed about midnight, so I have roughly 6.5 hours between work and sleep. I don't necessarily spend all of that time at home, though. I go out and meet friends, go shopping, and participate in my hobbies.
