A lot of these job interview threads become quite long and heated. Probably should be a separate sub-topic, since it's not really the same thing as employment, where we discuss office politics, sexism, boredom, etc.
I think there should be a sub forum for "Job Hunting" which will deal with resume, job interview, job seeking, and networking advice. And the main employment forum can be for employed related discussion like job seeking while employed, coworker/supervisor issues, promotions, demotions, and raises.
If there is increased traffic for threads specific on job interviews, then I would support a sub-forum.
What threads are we likely to see for a "Job Interview" sub-forum?
How does an interviewee prepare for an interview?
What could an interviewee done better after an interview?
That's why it would be better to be a "Job Hunting Discussion" sub forum to cover various topics besides job interviewing like resume preparation, networking, job seeking tips, and cover letters.

Thanks for the input everyone. We'll create "Job Search" sub-forum.
