I voted no, but probably shouldn't have voted. Although my company doesn't give out Christmas or year-end bonuses, every year but one since I've been there the company has given out bonuses in June.

We get a $100 gift card and a Christmas card from thecompany office (I'm a contracted consultant). I also get a performance bonus in June, based on contract renewal, so the Christmas bonus is more of a "Thanks" than an actual bonus.
Performance bonus ranges from 2-5% of annual pay, so it's a nice chunk of change, and in this day and age, a performance bonus is not an automatic at most companies, so I am very satisfied with it.
Don't think I've ever gotten a bonus at Christmas. All the annual bonuses given out by various companies were timed to their fiscal year, usually in the spring.
Before Bain Capitol bought the company I retired in 2005 I use to get a bonus every year. The last one was for $10,000. And the year before it was $7,000. I worked in a warehouse I was a blue collar worker only a HS diploma. For the last 5 yrs before I retired Bain Capitol owned us and gave us a little bonus nothing worth talking about.
I get a bonus, but I don't know if I would call it s Christmas bonus, I don't get my bonus until February.
I received token gifts at other places I worked. A $50 shop rite gift card, free xmas party, but this is the first job where I will get a bonus that will be the thousands of dollars range.
