You didn't mention salary. If I remember correctly, you are making over $100k/yr at the current contract.

Is the salary even or better at the new company? If not, I would wait it out for another position. Your interview and resume skills seem to be improving, as you are getting more hits in the last 2-3 months.

Perm positions always pay less than contracts do.

Well the offer came in and it was laughably low. $12k lower than my last perm position and $15k lower than my last perm offer (which I declined). I gave them my bottom line range and left.
