Just curious for those of you who have worked at startups. I am actually interested in learning more about people who worked in startups that were successful.

What are your opinions? Concerns? Experiences?

Your question is really too vague. Can you clarify what it is you are looking for? Do you want to work for a startup yourself, are you doing a survey about working conditions there?

Working for a startup can be very demanding with long hours. You may or may not go public. You may or may not make some money from the experience. You could work for a startup that closes up shop and have nothing to show for it.

Alright, I guess I am asking about working for someone else's startup, at an entry-level position. Also this startup has been very successful since it began and has expanded its business nationally and has been reported through various national medias across the country of its success and what it does.

Hi chikid. I'm confused. Why don't you just name the startup you're talking about?! That way people who have worked there could comment. It seems like you are thinking of a specific company and want feedback on that, correct?
