what type of jobs can you get with an anthropology degree?

No offense, but all I can think about is my step-mother... she has a degree in anthropology, and has been a professional wife (two times) and mother for the last 30+ years. It's been a very lucrative "career," though!

But seriously, I agree with most of what the others have said - consider a graduate degree, look into working at museums, and definitely get an internship if you can. I did an internship in graduate school (for library science), and it was an invaluable experience.
