Looking for some good rental recommendations. For 2 adults, we like a clean, fairly price rental. Privacy is a plus apartments or townhouse or even a vacation rental? We would love a 6 month term but will Settle for a year lease. Any good locations worth looking at in Waynesville or Maggie valley area? We want to buy a house in the area but with the way the market is, we want to live in the area for about 6 months to get a feel of the towns and work before we commit to house that will be hard to sell if we need to later.
