Wolf Laurel is about 20 minutes from the town of Mars Hill - and it is chilly up there even in the summer. If you like live theatre you should see a play by the Southern Appalachian Repertory Theatre (SART). Their productions are top-notch. They are located at the Owens Theatre on the campus of Mars Hill College.

Do you know if Wolf Laurel is actually the name of the town that the Scenic Wolf Resort is located in? or is it in Mars Hill?

It has a Mars Hill address - but you have to travel up the mountain to get there - it's very pretty

Thanks, Loves Mountains.

I noticed you're from the Chicago suburbs. Us too! We live in the far west suburbs - Maple Park (west of Geneva). Which suburb do you live in?

Linda
