BE CAREFUL!

I certainly agree with the comment that if that home on 3.3 acres were available for 200k or less here in Hendersonville, we would buy it! I can buy property on the big island of Hawai'i cheaper than here in Hendersonville. Perhaps the property is located going east on 64 where all of the illegals have made their home. Edneyville. Having said that Hendersonville has lovely subds with pricey homes, and even more pricey vacant land. Hard to find a building lot under 100k. The school system is great! Can get icy in the winter. Medical centers do need personel....and there is always Mission hospital up 26 in Asheville. No future portfolio for road improvement, and with all the illegals here now traffic can be terrible on 4 seasons blvd. Getting too crowded, but still beatiful. ronjoe56@hotmail.com

Hello
I'am sending out a sos. I'll be retireing in 3.5 years so i want to start searching out various areas. I like a small town feel to my home. I've read about a town called snow hill in nc and it seems like a nice place to be. Well i'll quit writing now and let this go out just remember to e-mail me back with any suggestions as to where to look in nc. I don't want to be around water.
