Some do, some don't...
If you have a printer, you can print out this pdf, 4 pages, or just the page(s)
you want. Looks like the official map to me. We use it all the time.
The net is a wonderful invention...

There are several versions, though you may need to hit a bookstore for variety...
The one I use is identical to the pdf I posted; it comes in long fold out pamphlet
form. I think I picked it up several years ago at one of the "official" stops along
the BRPkway. They sell them for a few bucks.

The ones I've seen in "gas and go" joints are often of a less detailed version, imo.

Linville Falls?!
Jeeeshh, in the time it takes to ask the "questions", the net can offer up the
info on your wonderments.

Linville Falls

Linville Falls, Waterfall on the Blue Ridge Parkway

Linville Falls - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

On weekends, the Linville Falls "center", and surrounding easy hikes, are often crowded.

You should be able to find what you are looking for at the NPS visitor center at Lynn Cove Viaduct near Linville. It's just a short distance up the Parkway from US-221 intersection at Grandfather Mountain. I think they close around 5 PM.
