I have looked at most of the rentals in Boca apartment wise and many condos. The issue with the condo is you are going to need to be approved by the HOA which takes 2-4 weeks. I am super picky like beyond. Now I agree that the apartment rating sites rates everything as horrible it seems. What is your price range? Off hand I think San Marco at Broken sound though older inside is nice. It is a townhome 2 or 3 bedroom with garage. Gated and in a nice area. Also another but more expensive and when I called they did not have any 2 bedrooms available but this may have changed is Charleston apartments.

BWAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! Oh, excuse me. Where was I? So, I need a schoolin' in Boca. My husband wants me to fly out there and spend 1 1/2 days and magically rent a condo/apartment/house that we will be pleased with for at least a year. So school me on this rental market so I can school him. I just picked myself up off the floor and walked out of the room. He has been watching too much Star Trek Next Generation...that line where Captain Picard says "make it so".
