I closed end of April with BOA. Locked in a great rate at the time and got into their no closing cost loan program. The program no longer exists but now thet have the flat closing fee loan. Still a good deal. I know rates have gone up recently. Stay away from brokers. You pay unnecessary fees.

Currently working with Carlos from access lending. He has been great so far, very responsive and always answers his phone and got me a loan with no problem. I would recomend him if you have not found anything yet. just google access lending inc, the site is hard to look at but you will have no problem reaching him at the number listed there.
