Hello all, new here. Hoping to get some help/info about the Jupiter area. My family is relocating to the West Palm beach area in the next few months (job transfer) and the rentals seem to be all over the board! Wondering what the average rental price is for a 3bdr/2ba. Would prefer single family but would also consider a town home if it had a small yard or large patio area.
Also what areas to avoid. We have two teenagers that are both in High school. I have heard Jupiter has a great high school? I am not stuck on moving to Jupiter but, needs to be very close to wpb. And of course, safe, good schools, and reasonable rent. Thanks so much for any help!

I've found that zilpy.com provides some decent info on rentals and average asking prices. You can search by city or zipcode...

Jupiter High is a highly rated school. Abacoa is mostly serviced by Dwyer High in northern Palm Beach Gardens, which is a "B" school and right down the street.

Happy Hunting!
