We have friends through our daughter who are looking to move to jupiter..They only want to rent for a year and are looking at apartment complex's but would consider single family homes between 2000 and 2350 a month 3 or 4 bedrooms that they need a really good middle school and would like their boys to attend Jupiter HS....Can anyone assist?

I heard that botanica was in the Jupiter HS district. Might find rentals there. Not sure if there is a specific map that shows Juptiter HS vs. Dwyer.

Not sure of the name but there is a nice rental complex wedged between Paseos and Botanica that would be within a short walking distance to both Jupiter Middle and HS. That part of Jupiter is all less than 10 years old so it is all relatively nice.

I thought it was Frederick Small Rd...North of that goes to Jupiter, south goes to Dwyer

Floresta (Jupiter,FL)

This place is pretty nice for a rental community.

It definitely not in Abacoa, it is across the street from the northern border of Abacoa. BTW not all of Abacoa goes to Dwyer, neighborhood is split at Frederick Small road

The neighborhoods in Abacoa that attend Jupiter High are Summerset, Canterbury and Valencia. Summerset and Canterbury are likely to have townhouses in your friend's price range. Another neighborhood (not part of abacoa) but have single family houses for rent around 1900-2000 a month is the Hamptons and they are zoned for jupiter High as well. Egret Landing is too buy most of the rentals in there are much higher.

The 2 middle schools you want to compare are Independence and Jupiter Middle. Lighthouse is an elementary school that is K-2.
