Does anyone have any info about these homes and the area? Is the area safe? Are the homes nice? Trulia says its a safe area but I would rather ask those who live there.

No....ghetto area known as limestone creek. Google Limestone creek murder or shooting and you will see details, note there have been several incidents. DR Horton essentially built one street of new homes in a ghetto.

The area may be safe but the surroundings are not kept well. The development is smacked in the middle of a very poor neighborhood.
The Shores Pointe homes start at $550K+ about $20-$30K for a lot). No pool, club house, tennis etc. Also, the A/C units are inside the house and I keep wondering how noisy they will be.
