It means if they fly in for a holiday they can stay for five years. It is funny that we who are not as criminal as them only get three months and are searched to blazes.

We who are not as criminal as them? That statement confuses me
The British and the europeans. When we arrive into Newark we are questioned and fingerprinted like there is no tomorrow, yet those Cubans can come from a Communist country and become american citizens automatically if they step on land without getting wet.Seriously if they can do that what is up with the airport customs. It is hardly fair.

Oh well. Not like there's a lot of Cubans coming over these days anyway like in the 80s.
Why say "we who are not as criminal as them?" You make it sound like all Cubans are some sort of convicts either because if their nationality or ethnicity.
No I just think its funny that British people have to fill out forms and are hassled immediately upon arrival while people from a foreign communist country can just walk on in. Surely that would make the customs people pointless?
They imo are more of a burden than us because we actually have money. But anyway.

Oh well. I'd love to live in Japan but they have an über complicated writing system, coupled with healthcare licensing exams that have a 99% failure rate (literally) if you didn't spend most of your life in compulsory Japanese education. No point in getting upset about petty things. There's always Australia, owen
