Don't forget houses are extremely cheap in N.I, you can probably buy a 4 bedroom, detached house with 200ft back garden & off street parking for about £50,000

Well my house is about £400,000.

Which is even anywhere near what it used to be.

You mean your parents house...

And for it to be worth £400,000 in N.I it must be akin to Buckingham Palace

260 square feet?

Oh my god my bedrooms just under that size lol!

I suppose in NI we have big houses compared to Europe.

Talking about homes, we just purchased a new home for $ 490 K in the middle of Somerset County woodlands. But selling our old property turns out to be an issue at present, so we most probably will leave it for rent. Homes in NJ are expensive, but nowhere to the limits of the UK. A proper family home costs around $ 550 K in northern NJ, $ 400 K in Central NJ, and $ 250 K in Southern NJ.

And how big is this house?

The american dollar makes everything lookexpensive but its actually super cheap. I remember in Florida we could get like a 10,000 square feet house for the price of our house.
