According to this map, only a tiny area of Northern Ireland has more than 20 days of snow lying on average. LOL.

There are actually settlements where people live in England with that much snow. In Northern Ireland, only an uninhabited mountain has that much snow.

Even here, in a large city, we have 10-20 days of snow lying on average. What a lame climate NI has. No wonder you're so frustrated.

But then Northern Ireland isn't full of 60million immigrants is it? And it it warmer in England in the summer thats probably why people don't live above the 400m here.

And the 10 to 20 area covers a larger percentage of land than in England.

England has a lot of immigrants because it's a nice place to live.. people travel from thousands of miles to live here and work a crappy minimum wage job.. Northern Ireland is a filthy dump. Only terrorists and religious nuts live there.

What has the ethnic makeup of progressive England (and Scotland and Wales ) got to do with the discussion at hand you xenophobic [insert insult here] Face facts England is better for everything from Thunderstorms, heatwaves, snow and everything in between.

Who cares? Being colder in the summer is nothing to brag about. Just one more reason why your climate stinks.

Well it just means that the people will live all over the place. I'm pretty sure the traditional English population would not be so large if it were not for the large scale immigration to the UK from foreign countries.

Well not really, thats your opinion.

My opinion is that I love cold weather and I am glad that I don't have to live in a hellhole like Leeds clogged up in fumes and smoke in a hot uncomfortable day.
