Speaking of snow, I'm thinking about adding more snow to my dream climate.

This is a harder question than I thought.

Cold rain can sometimes feel more uncomfortable/cold than snow.
But you don't have to shovel rain.
Rain on a warm day is nice (bonus if it comes with nice thunderstorms).
Fresh snow is very pretty and always puts me in a good mood.
Flash flooding from too much rain isn't fun.
Neither is shoveling 5 feet of snow.

Can I pick the 60% snow, 40% rain option?

I may as we'll specify that I like winter precipitation to be roughly 30% snow, 3% sleet/freezing rain/mix, and 67% rain.

Where I live currently it's 5% snow, 2% sleet/freezing rain/mix, and 93% rain.

Rain all the way, preferably at 77 F with a thunderstorm!
