Average first/last measurable snow days from the second half of November to mid-March but rain could happen any time of the year, in my ideal type of climate

There are many ways to warm up and few ways to cool off.
I prefer cold.
I would live in snow 24/7/365
I don't shovel snow I drive on it and pack it down.
I worked in it and loved every minuet of it living in the mountains.
Living in the wine country in southern california right now, I don't get much snow except for last winter .
This house is not made for snow, but given a choice i'd rather live in the mountains any day.
One of my jobs was maintaing the equipment for snow making .
Way too much fun.

Snow, but unfortunately we rarely get it in Georgia. Rain- we get plenty of that.

As of this moment they are neck&neck in the poll.
I prefer rain. It's good for the city water table. It helps plants grow. Farmers love it (not too much of it.)
It doesn't have to be shoveled, and with the proper gear I can still ride my Vespa in it (as long as there's no accompanying lightning.)
On the other hand:
Snow is beautiful, especially on a sunny day.
It it's cold enough to snow, smallish bodies of water freeze over, thus enabling SKATING.

Rain by far.

Snow is horrible to shovel, hard to drive in, too cold, and I associate it with dead plant life in the winter.

Rain is great because it makes things green. I especially prefer rain in the winter to make all of that ugly snow go away.

Rain pisses me of more than any other type of weather. There is literally nothing in this world that makes me angrier than waking up to go to work in the middle of December, only to discover that it's pouring with rain and everything is going to be wet, muddy and horrible. Can't even go for country walks because the landscape is boggy and disgusting.

Rain is fine in short bursts, but when it goes on for hours and makes the entire landscape sodden, it's just no good at all. Snow is far superior - and I wouldn't be sad if it didn't rain at all from now until March. Wouldn't miss it at all.

Rain puts a skip in my step. It makes me whistle while I work.

Snow is satanic, although there's nothing else I'd rather ski in. Looks jolly pretty as well.
