My morning low was 59 and my avg. low is 40.

Jammie- Our temperatures have been at or slightly above average for September into early October so far. The fall foliage has peaked in low lying swamps with good color in higher elevated areas as well as urban areas

we are actually running about average on temps, and in a deficit again in rain

Low this morning was 52 and high was 87

we are supposed to see rain on Tuesday, so usually when the rain comes in, our temps level down and it gets dreary for a week or so. But when it stops, we are officially (according to the trees ) into fall with the smells and scenery. Also we start to see many of the older homes burn wood to get the dampness out of the houses, then the decorations with hay, pumpkins and mums arrive. Got mine today and the anticipation of a hint of crispness in the air is driving me nuts! There are certain foods that only taste good in the cooler weather and I am hungry for them!
