I never let it get colder than 64f. But that is so rare now. Back in 2010 that was a 1000 year event with highs in the 40's and 50's for our area for 3 months.

Rain for south FL Thurs. All winter all the rain will be south of Tampa with this odd ball upper level pattern we will have.

The damage to the highway system in British Columbia from this atmospheric river is beyond catastrophic. I'm no engineer but it seems to me it will take years to recover. Rivers and mountainsides have moved: the places where the roads used to be are no longer there. I don't even know how they will begin to repair things.

Current temps at 10,000'... Another cold airmass incoming. The center of the vortex will stay north but the base will swing into the northeast.


Warm tomorrow. Cold Friday staying in the 40s here.
