At the NWS Office they had 4" at 8am. Not sure what final total was.

I think 2 feet of snow plus flooding would be enough for them.

Some Poor folks might be without power and with water in their homes while having 5 foot drifts

1-5am loop. Here comes "the purple band". Already been parked over Eastern Long Island. Easy 1-2"/hr under there. Left wind gusts on too. 972mb Low well off shore! Many of us got lucky! This thing is a beast
