The central part of the U.S. looks pretty wet over the next 7 days with severe potential.

The 10 day looks amazing. NO RAIN after tomorrow and temps in the 70s and 80s. Wednesday may flirt with 90. It's currently forecast to hit 86, but the forecast has been increasing with every day.

This must be what May 2016 was like on the east coast.

Some beneficial rains over central Florida right now. They really need it considering how out of control some of those wildfires are.

89 F with a 70 F dew point right now. Hot and humid day, it hit 90 F earlier this afternoon, the dew point was also 70 F at that time.

I'm back in North Carolina now for the summer. Today might be the last day with a sub-70 F high I experience until September or October. Now that I think about it, I'll be in Oregon for the solar eclipse, and I might experience a sub-70 F high then.

Turned into a nice day today. The sun came out and it's up to 60 now.

And the rain that was forecast never came

Over an inch and a half of rain has fallen so far today. We'll need it with the impending warmth next week. The forecast is showing our first 90°F.
