Perhaps. But I'm not sure what the cutoff line is. It just looked really cool to me, akin to subpolar oceanic places.

The landscape looks pretty temperate. Like, it can be found anywhere in central Europe.

Hey, that's the Rue de la Perkele and Avenue de Mika Häkkinen! Looks very familiar.

Here's recent years in Kuopio. I'm sure they appeal to Alex985:

Anyway here is LaGuardia Airport with its largest warmest and coldest monthly anomaly for every month. Precipitation was either altered with the precipitation anomalies of each month the anomalies were for or how I saw fit. Extremes were how I saw fit for the most part. I'll do the other local stations later. Coldest monthly anomaly was February 1979 (-12.4) and the warmest monthly anomaly was December 2015 (+12.6). Anomalies are compared to the 1981-2010 averages.

I am taking notes of all highs and lows of Göle in April 2017. So far, 17th day of April 2017 has passed. I cannot wait until the end of April. Let's talk about Göle.

For the first 17 days of April 2017,

Average high +8.4*C
Average low -3.6*C

Record high +13.4*C (17th day)
Record low -11.6*C (4th day)

I hope average low will not go above -2*C until the end of April. I will be disappointed if that happens. The winter was too cold in Göle. It warmed too much in April considering how cold it was in January and early February. I didn't take notes of highs and lows in winter months. I will do it next winter because Göle was too cold in winter.

Göle is a small city where 25,700 people live in. This small city is the coldest city in Turkey in winter. A lot of nights in winter, the temperature was dropping to about -30℃ in Göle and some nights the temperature dropped to below -30℃. The elevation of this small city is 2038 metres.
