Seeing our 10 day forecast has nothing above 15'C, and 23'C isn't likely to get hit in September, it's pretty safe to say that 2017 will see the lowest maximum temperatures for at least 50 years (that's how far back I could look in the data). The previous (in that period of years) lowest was 24.5'C in 1967. This year we only hit 23.1'C, and if we hadn't hit that in August, our max would've been only 22.7'C (June, July only saw 22.5'C) which would be a completely preposterous max for a year considering our average high in July is 21.2'C. I wonder what station in Sweden, Finland and Norway will beat the longest record.

As of 1:24, the bus can't see anything on the road. There is too much fog. What an adventure

That's still rubbish for the warmest day of the month in August. It's usually about 4c warmer than that. Should also get about 10 days above 25c and we haven't seen any.

Today in Göle, the low was 2.1°C and the high was 26.5°C.

Summer in Göle is still going since Göle still can't have a freeze. July and August in Göle went without a freeze in 2017. Lows are still above 0°C in Göle.
