Can't believe it's only 40s in Kansas & Nebraska...Cloudy with rain around. Wonder what farmers are saying.

It's chilly here and its only 55°

Both latest GFS and Euro have a cool pattern remain in place next 10 days instead of the flip to warm after mid next week for Northeast.

Euro12z has a Huge Upper Low just sitting and spinning over the region Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday. .. So this cool pattern could very well continue into Mid May as well.

Euro12z 500mb Height Anomaly Friday next week. (Yes nei, next day it comes north over us. lol). Even if you aren't centered under it, follow the flow (black lines)

My favorite feature.... the ULL.. Preferred in winter though, then Summer.

Not really a Spring type Pattern. It happens, but not every year or as persistent as it is this year.

This is more the typical Spring type pattern. Jet Stream more flatter and north more.

77 in Raleigh. Absolute garbage considering it can be warmer if the ridge nudged a tad further north . but, that stupid front still over Richmond circulating cooler air down here, looks like we will get our first 90 degree day later than normal again this year. I'm in Charlotte now though its 85 here .

Yes, I'm sure you're freezing. Most people I know get hypothermia below 90!

Ofc totally normal! I'm a bit less hardy only rated down to USDA zone 1039393, basically I'm only hardy to the surface of the sun.
