I once got totally wasted on screwdrivers... I was so sick afterwards that I couldn't touch orange juice for 6 months without feeling nauseous.
That happened to me once with Vodka Tonic. I was disgusted by the mere sight of Vodka for like three or four months lol.....maybe I'm just mentally scarred from that experience?
Of course, but it depends on what you mix it with. If you mix it with any sugary drink, it'll be noticeably slower. Diet soda, however, should be relatively quick.
True, I've never tried mixing with a diet drink. Would be better with calories as well.
absolutely. but as with all drugs, it's easier to "overdose" on liquor than on beer. the amount of alcohol isn't everything. look at this guy, who has swept enitre bottles of vodka in a very short period of time. he clearly has signs of jaundice (liver damage).
Jaundice can also occur in the absence of any real diseases (such as with Gilbert's Syndrome, which is actually pretty common). Alcohol is not acutely toxic to the liver. The damage is sustained only over a long period of time. And yes, definitely easier to drink more with liquor. So I tend to be careful with and consider how much I'm consuming.
Think I've only had it once before. Actually, in Canada, when I went to visit a friend there, over 5 years ago.
How'd you like it? Everyone seems to make a big deal over it, I've tried a few times and I thought it was god-awful. Seems rather popular among amateur drinkers....
100,000 feet. It's -230 C at the top. I know you're jealous.
