Why are they even playing in London? Do locals attend or do Americans travel to London to see the games?
It's a mix of both. The only reason they sell out is because the games are infrequent and people are curious. If there was a team playing every week, the attendance would not be 90,000; nobody really cares enough to follow it seriously.

Probably a mixture of American ex pats, tourists and then some UK residents who might have an interest in AFL here. I know Wembley usually sells out its 90,000 capacity for these yearly games they have here, but AFL is not big at all over here. I didn't even know this match was going on, it's thought of as a boring and weird game over here, generally.
Are the Americans not confused that both NFL games in London this month have been sunny and dry?
The Jacksonville lot will be too busy freezing to death.
I've tried watching NFL, but I just don't like it at all. It's just too slow! I'd even rather watch rugby union, which I also find boring. Although I played union for a brief while, but anyway.

I'm more a football and rugby league fan.
I can't stand rugby league, it's just a load of northerners humping the ground. Rugby union is the true rugby in my eyes, but I only follow it if the Six Nations or World Cup are on. I also like football and cricket.
No lows below 73 F predicted here for the next ten days. **** this ***** ass climate.
