In that case, your temps do seem to be out. Where do you have your station placed relative to buildings and concrete? Post a pic if possible.
yeah it's on top of a shed type thing

maybe I should move it down?

That might be it. The metal from a shed is a heat factory. Is it possible to mount it on a pole? If so, mount it about 1.6-1.8m above ground, grass if possible. Official thermometers are apparently about that height above ground over grass where possible.

My mum used to watch X Files on the telly when I was a kid. The theme scared the hell out of me too, and just in time for me to go to bed. Speaking about creepy stuff, I visited that place yesterday. That empty and dark building full of weird artwork had an uneasy atmosphere to it. Had I been 20 years younger, I would've run out of the building crying.

I do remember the theme song to Friends, but not to Beverely Hills 90210. I don't think I ever saw an episode of that series. Teen dramas are kind of boring.

The thing I remember most about Beverley Hills 90210 was that they were all in their late 20's/early 30's playing "teens" I did have the theme tune to "Knots Landing" as my ringtone, bet none of you can remember that

That's normal though.. in the remake of the series, 90210, the stars were in their late 20s/early 30s by the time the series came to an end. You can look young enough to be a teen in your 30s but beyond that it becomes hard.

The X-Files started airing in 1995 when I was 13. I remember watching the episode "The Erlenmeyer Flask" with my grandmother, and we were both terrified. I couldn't had watched it alone. My grandfather went to sleep, as he had seen worse (the war).

But I still think the music when Mulder finds the human-alien hybrid laboratory is one of the finest pieces ever made:

^^ Did you know about this? http://www.theguardian.com/media/201...t-on-channel-5

It returns to UK screens nearly 14 years after its final series in 2002.

But most didn't look young enough & I'm not sure many people in their 30's could actually pass off as being a teen!

I'm terrible at guessing ages, but they fooled me. The lead female on the new series was 27 when it finished and I honestly thought she was about 20 at most. One of hte male characters was 33 in real life and I thought he looked in his early 20s. Bearing in mind that in the final series they were in uni, not high school.
