Ethnically, Ukrainians, Poles, Russians are among the most Slavic; i.e., there is a greater connection to the original Slavs.
Poles have their closest relations with a non-Slavic nation - Hungary. Also they have a connection only to Ruthenians and other Western Ukrainian people. And they hate Russia. As a Russian-speaking Ukrainian, Poles probably don't make a difference between Max96 and a Russian from Moscow.

Most Poles are pretty Slavic. Maybe in the west of the country, there is a bit more Germanic admixture. Otherwise, Poles are highly Slavic.
