Nope... 7pm.. Still 70F dew point. Misery. Do you see why? The damn front can push off the Gulf coast but it wont off the coast here. It's hugging it!! GET OFF!!!

Think about it... 24hrs for a front to go from central NY to still hugging the coast. GET OFF!!!

another band of thunderstorms approaching. Going from SW to NE parallel to the axis of the band from than nearly perpendicular, so it should last a while. Looks like it should be strong.

A strong but small cell hovered over us around 5.

FYI... After this weekend we continue. GFS says this warm humid pattern lasts till mid September. Get you're ear plugs ready.

No rain or thunder here. 1/4" of rain in last 2 weeks.

It got cooler than forecast this morning, reaching 57F which broke the old daily record of 61F set in 1966!

The NWS 7 day forecast is showing high precip amounts along the east coast of Florida with Erica.

NWS already calling for "Tropical Storm Conditions possible" on Sunday:


SundayTropical storm conditions possible. Showers and thunderstorms likely, mainly after 9am. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 89. Chance of precipitation is 60%.

Overheard people talking about yesterday's rain storm and saying it felt cool this morning and hoping it'd warm up. I thought it was cool in the shade this morning. 70 now
