It's 15°C and raining quite a lot right now in Vancouver. Normally I wouldn't be a huge fan of these conditions in late July, but considering how dry it's been for the last three months this was very much needed and welcome!

Last post for now, sorry.. 2 Soundings..

NYC area.. Green and Red line spread far apart = DRY. They get close at the mid level which is indicating a couple of puffy clouds which is what we have going on.

Then the temps warm up coming down to the surface and the dewpoints don't.

Freezing temps are found above 12,000 feet.

Caribou Maine where it's cloudy and rainy.

Cloudcover this morning kept temps in the upper 70s until around noon. I was on my bike around 10 AM this morning and it felt great! Now that we've had 3 hours of sun, temps already up to 90 F. Nice little blob of rain just my north about to move in.

scattered rain just to the north, eventually one of them will hit. Was perfectly clear this morning. That upper level low expanded?

Forecast shows two days with highs of 95°F this week! Dewpoints around 60°F, could that combination happen in late July?

It's been over Texas long enough.

Rainfall forecast is improving in the 6-10 day outlook.
