What, nobody likes 50s and 60s in Summer? Move to Vermont!

I haven't past 60s today. Feels amazing! This was before the rain moved in too. Vermont had some sun this morning so they warmed up a bit and holding steady in the 70s.

How about that 55°F in Binghamton at 4pm. Top of Mt Washington its 48°F

Tornado Warning north of Richmond.

Although Boston did get extremely close, 89 degrees, at a very early date (May 10), and was the warmest spot north of North Carolina on that day!

It those temps were under clear skies, I'd expect lows in the mid 40's. Sadly, that won't happen

That map actually makes me sick to my stomach. This is what I NEED in summer. Not just want, but need. Just a good old-fashioned cool and rainy day for once.

Sure, we've had some rain today - for about 5 minutes. It keeps teasing like it's gonna rain, but of course, it doesn't. Summer is such a trying season down here.

I thought there would be a "yall" in there somewhere.

I wonder if some spots might see 40s. The temps at 4000' not impressive at all so there's really no chance for surface to really cool down, then release more heat at night.. That's why everyone should be staying above 50° but there might be some spots that can hit 40s.

================

I noticed we're near the extreme side of low maxes today.

Buffalo 64°F max will be record if holds.
Binghamton 63°F max was only 7 degrees off the extreme for the day
Rochester 65°F max will be a record if holds
