Bloody Scandinavian countries and their yearly above average spring's!
It's nice knowing that March is a month we can reach 21C. It means winter is almost over

I'm rooting for a repeat of March 1960, April 1899, and May 1920.

That would give me 17.5" of snow in meteorological spring, featuring 3.5 of those inches in April. It would also be the coldest spring ever, with March 14 F below average, April 3 F below average, and May 5 F below average. It would only get into the 80s 11 times, as opposed to the normal 25. May 1920 featured stereotypically idyllic weather, being predominantly dry with highs in the 70s and lows in the 50s most days.

I'd personally like a repeat of March 2012, April 2010 and May 2012 in southeastern PA Almost half of all the daytime highs at or above 70F in March, three days with highs in the mid 80s in the first week of April, and over half of all overnight lows at 55F or higher in May!

There's very little ice in the Baltic, and little snow in the west, so if the weather patterns are favourable, we can have a warmer than average March...
