Nome. Not too different from Lake superior areas in northern Minnesota during winter.

Nome is warmer and probably sunnier so I choose that. It's incredible how much warmer the Canadian West Coast is compared to the East.

Both pretty awful, but Nome gets 42% of the possible sun, allegedly. Nain is colder and probably duller as well. Nome wins.
