There's more information than JUST temperature. Besides, it's much easier to read this than to watch the weather channel. Takes too long. And it's HEAR (not here).

pink flamingo-------------TWC doesn't get specific or localized.

I enjoy reading what temps and weather is doing at specific locations.

Most times this winter a heavy snowfall in Minneapolis resulted in very little where I live 100 miles away .

A little advice, Pink Flamingo---if certain threads irritate me too much, I avoid them. If the topic of a thread is -------what is the temp in your city---- I don't expect it to be a photo gallery of bragging/promoting your city.

There are other threads that handle that!

Clearing skies this morning, highs of 80 in Chicagoland. 40% chance of showers later on tonight, then dropping humidities and clearing skies for tomorrow, high of 63 on Saturday. Mmmmmm, perfect.

DW used to say she doesn't mind the cold winters but cold summers, she can't abide.....in '91 we had frost at least once a month (tough to take in July). The last few summers have been quite warm, best thing is not at night. Temp today.......52 and cloudy.

it's HOT, 82 with a heat index of 87 looks like we'll get a cold front on sunday to bring down those temps though.
