I do not live in a city but here is the temperature. Very cold but not alot of rain thank God.

Checked about an hour ago and it was a beautiful 28 with a windchill of 23. Very pleasant morning for this time of year. Unfortunately, the freezing rain and drizzle is supposed to start at noon. Our local channel predicts we will have 3 to 5 inches of snow by morning. TWC predicts 2. SO, it's downhill for us.
