You can have it......I've had it with 80-degree nights.....especially in Late October!!!

You guys are funny. Come on up cause you'd both probably like the cooler weather now.

Nomadicus, did you live in Ark? For some reason I was thinking it was Mo. We got a bit of a glimpse of the Ozarks when we were down that direction two or three years ago. Very pretty.

I did little over a decade in N MO. To cold eventually. That extra 10° in N AR is more to my liking. I'm still looking at places and may even make it MO again in the more southern part of the state. I like both places.

Right now our temp is holding at 74° and the humidity has risen to 99%

Yep......even though your summers are downright hot at times.....it only lasts 2 months.

Bit of a drive though......

I would want an underground house to shield me from some of her twister winds and the winter bitter winter plains winds. Not the least picky am I?

At midnight 39 with a windchill of 37, west winds at 4 and dew point at 35. This is the chilliest it's been at midnight so far.
