ILNC, I wish we could shrink up that huge population down there cause I think I'd enjoy living there~at least the weather part.
I know something that might work;
either outlaw, or severely restrict the use of A/C;
make it as hard to get, to use and abuse as alcohol,
or as regulated as a driver's licence, complete with patrols and fines.
*and I'm not serious about trying to make this happen,
just a silly, fun, but perhaps practical idea floating around my head.
