at 135pm local time it's 93 degrees with 14% humidity!
Today was suppose to be cooler than yesterday and the forecast today was for upper 70's along the coast, which it is clearly not. San Diego has to have the worst Moderator cut: profanity removed weather forecasters on the planet.

Reason: profanity removed
Jammie I know you would love the weather I have today
Currently in Houston, TX
Sunny 81°F
Feels Like
81°F
Dew Point: 39°F
Humidity: 22%
Pressure: 30.01 inches
Wind: From the North Northwest at 11 mph
See? How good does that weather feel? I've never been in the heat of Houston with humidity, but when it's hot here, it's dry which I guess is why I like it. You see why I like the heat in LA now?
But right now we're a little switched...79* with 63% humidity. Eh, whatever.
The only time is was too hot for me was when I was in a parking garage in Vegas and it was 121* with scattered thunderstorms. ILNC...you got it bad? Imagine 121* with 100% humidity. I seriously thought I was gonna pass out because I could just NOT breathe at all. The heat index had to have been over 130*. BUT...BUT...if it was 121* with very low humidity that would have been great.
Okay...well maybe not 121* but I know it was over 110*.
Why can't that occur?
Because temperatures that high usually have released all their moisture. Plus to have a temp that high there has to be dry air since dry air heats faster than humid air.

Yes anytime the dewpoint and humidity are low it's great. Unfortunately that's rare in Houston. I just HATE hot weather, I don't even want to think of that kind of heat
First of all, wouldn't 100% humidity mean it's raining, and if it was raining the temp would cool down to the dew point, at least it does when it rains down here in South Texas.
Anyway, like I said, the cold front made a difference on my temps, even though it will be short lived
