48F/9ºC at 10;45pm.

However, it's down to 45F/7ºC where I live, and some of the surrounding suburbs are down into the 38F/ 3ºC range!

I might actually be experiencing the benefits of an inversion, as I'm ontop of a small hill.

Yesterday really seemed to be a bit cool for August. We hit 79 and our avg. high was 84. Our low was 50 and our avg. low is 58.

Today at 1pm, it's 80 degrees with no heat index~just beautiful. Today our average drops down to 83. We were up to 87 for an average during part of the summer. We're going the wrong direction.

Currently 101
dewpoint 59
High is expected to be 108 - which has been the high every day for the last 5 days.
It was not as hot as forecasted this weekend - which is fine.
Our average highs are starting to drop to the lower 100's but stay in the triple digits until Sept. 22.

Jammie, you and I need to switch places. It's hotter than blazes down here in the DFW metroplex. The actual temp shows 93 but with about 50% humidity the heat index is near 100 and it's not even the warmest part of the day.
