Another gorgeous day. Dry air, 80 degree highs, cool nighttime temps. Might see some rain this afternoon, but right now its sunny. Been a perfect month so far, just Heavenly.

Question Raining, again...

At least we had two days with only sprinkles and mostly sunshine.
I don't remember our last day without any rain at all.

It was sunny until 9 am since then it's been dark and ovecast and now it's noon. We'll be getting at least another 1/2" from the looks out my window.
Rumble, rumble, rumble...

We've must have had 30 days with thunderstorms alone since June and 50-60 days with some rain since June.

But I'm happy it's no longer cold.
Back to our moderately cool to warmish weather.
I'm no longer upset it's not very warm.
That cold spell made me realize that I have it good when it's at least 70 F outside... or 65+ F with calm winds.

*I suppose other people are getting a humbling experience from summer too, although probably for other reasons, like heat.

OH my!!!! I'm sending 10 degrees of cool weather down to DX and ILNC. Wish I really could.

It's 82 with a heat index of 83 right now. Our dewpoint is only 62%. They are predicting that we will hit 86 today which would be our exact average. That's exactly what we hit yesterday. It just seems like it may get a bit warmer then that though. There are strong storm warnings for the next few days and we are supposed to have cool temps.

Perfect month, except the few days I was there, seriously First day fly in and it's dreary as heck, sun comes out and go to Cubs game, then all hell broke loose that night. Next two days were warm and muggy as heck

Ahhhh, yes, that horrible night. Worst storm Ive ever seen. Yes, it was very muggy, thats what spawned the storm. 2 days after that storm it was in the mid 70s and dry. Sucker!!!!!!!!!!!!
