Wow, it's hot where most of you live. It's 86 with a heat index of 89. No wonder many of us don't like similar seasons. We have very few days that are over 100 or have a heat index higher then 100.
There were several storms in the upper Midwest early this morning and it has kind of continued through the day. The northern part of my state got hit, Mn. got hit and is expecting more. It looks like the Chicago area could have problems, too.

Had an overnight low of 55 last night and it felt good after pushing the low 80's yesterday. Today is supposed to get up to the 80's again. Darn the bad luck, I may have to spend some time this afternoon at the beach again .
The only thing I like about August is that September's coming.....
