Its a icey cold 37F at 1.05pm with snow showers on and off, forecast for the rest of the day: Cold showery southwesterlies with hail, some snow.

Hello I'm back from the funeral, it was hot, but not as hot as I thought it would be.
But it sure is hot here

Currently in Houston, TX

Tonight: Isolated thunderstorms and gusty winds during the evening. Partly cloudy skies after midnight. Low 79F SE winds at 20 to 30 mph, diminishing to 5 to 10 mph. Chance of rain 30%.

Tomorrow: Windy with increasing clouds. A stray shower or thunderstorm is possible. High near 90F. Winds SE at 15 to 25 mph.

Don't know about Australia, but in Canada that is totally normal in Fall or Winter.
We EXPECT the weather to be GROSS,
but then again I can understand if Australians wouldn't tend to that philosophy...

As a Canadian, I never would have guessed that Australia could get dreary weather,
and I wouldn't be surprised if Australians would like to pretend that their weather isn't gloomy.
