1st one: Lima, Peru

I'll choose the second one (i.e. Hong Kong). Little rain but cloudy = nothing good.

Climate #2 is far more "interesting" while climate #1 is gloomy but "comfortable"...want to see if the weather geeks always go for "interesting" over "comfort"...Will even the cold lovers will choose humid and thunderstorms over room temperature with very little sun and very little rain year round?

Lima has almost perfect temperatures, but too little sunshine and almost no precipitation so I choose Hong Kong.

Have you always lived in Peru? If so, have you travelled extensive to other places?

Yes I've lived my whole life in Lima and I've been in many many places inside Peru, so I've experienced cold, hot, rainy, snowy weather... been in Ecuador Bolivia and Brazil too
