In my city, daytime temperature falls below 20C sometimes in mid-September (17th September is the last day with average daytime temperature above 20C) and it starts to exceed 20C in the beginning of May (10th May is the first day with average daytime temperature above 20C). What about your city?

Never reach it here normally. This year though our longest period of days averaging over 20°C (max, from the first day to hit 20) was July 5th - September 7th, the average max in that time was 20.1°C.

Not sure. Probably early-mid June until mid September.

Interesting. Summer (I usually consider summer as period of average daytime temperature above 20C) in Paris starts later than in Kharkiv?
BTW, I hope you understand that I meant exactly daytime average, not twenty-four hour average.

April 28 - October 10.

I really wish it was longer, less than 68F as a HIGH is chilly.

I don't have exact data at hand, but it should be something like: last week of April - second week of October

December and January are the 2 months where the daytime average high just drops below 68f/20c. Barely. Rest of the year it's up (way up) from there.
