Both are great (though i actually might prefer something between 5c and 13C concerning rainfall - 2C and rain (maybe + wind) is just horrible for being outside for a longer time), but i choose -2C and snowy, of course. Not least, because I'd most likely be constantly upset in the 2C-rain scenario, though not because of the actual weather, but because I'd probably have been hoping for some snow, while in fact I would have just gotten that more or less disappointing rain..

Snow, as I live in an area that is very prepared to deal with it and it isn't as depressing as cold rain. Also, -15 to -20C range with snow would be preferable as the moisture content would be less, meaning even less of an inconvenience.
Snow for me because I can take the dogs out and have fun. Heavy rain and cold, cannot do that.
Exactly my thoughts!
I probably do more hiking and walking in winter with the dogs than in summer.
Cold rain is OK for just staying inside, but cold + rain, ugh. Can't do much outside without being just wet and miserable.
Plus snow is much, much prettier to look at.
I don't understand how anyone would choose the 2C with rain...even a heat lover. At least with -2C and snowing there's something nice to look at, and plus if it's 35 F and rain there's a chance of there being black ice on roads, so not really "safer" driving conditions either...

I chose 2C and rain because there wouldn't be any ice or snow. I really don't like snow and ice under any circumstances.
