mid-70s here the last 4 days, it's getting old. I want chilly weather back, even a day in the 50s with lows around 30 would be ok.

I'm a winter lover but I would definitely take mid 70s over the constant 33 degree rains here.

Around the 10th/11th is your chance to see 30s again but unfortunately the pattern is not favoring what you want. Maybe a couple times day highs in the 50s but expect generally 60s/70s now. I don't see the trough digging enough and getting sustained for you and the flow is not letting it happen. Sorry. How does March look historically? Can you get 50s for Highs much? Maybe pattern changes for the better for you next month.

I personally think Spring is going to roll around quick for folks up to Mid Atlantic

Yep, you already got your winter Florida (mid-January was quite chilly), time for spring.

Yeah, 33 degree rains can be very depressing. I experienced too many of those when I lived in North GA. But at least 33 degree rain kind of somewhat feels like winter and there's usually some sleet or snowflakes mixed in with it. 75 degree weather should wait until April at least.

Historically, March can produce some cold snaps. But honestly after Feb 15th, our chance for any chilly weather gets severely reduced. Usually by the end of this month it's Springtime already with trees blooming and temperature hitting 68-70 on the regular. By March, the average high is in the mid-70s already. By April it's already 80 degrees for the average high, and by May it's 87. This what I have to look forward too.

Trees never fail to begin budding in the winter here, no matter how unusually cold and/or snowy it is.

Latest snowfall estimates by tomorrow... Nothing epic, but means that Midway is approaching 60 inches for the season

Winter 2014 is now colder than the winter of 1977. Looks like top 10 coldest

It should get to 5-8 given pattern rest of month... The next 16 days below shows that Greenland Blocking evolves

Eastern 2/3rds of US wont see a spring like pattern for weeks....
